Friend Dynamics Safety Check-in

Let people you trust know you are okay today. End-to-end encrypted, as often as you like. AI can suggest a status from today’s health data—you still send it.

Peace of mind for people close to you

Not a public feed, and not a full dump of Apple Health to the cloud

Check in more than once a day

All safe, feeling great, exhausted, a bit stressed, need rest, I’m sick, seeing a doctor—or write your own note. Optional location and photos.

Health data only suggests

The app may recommend a status from today’s score, steps, sleep, heart rate, and stress index. You still confirm before it is sent.

Friends see a summary

Status score, steps, sleep, heart rate, and the mental/physical snippets you authorize. Not your full record, and not your Enneagram report.

End-to-end encryption

Check-in copy, notes, and shared summaries are encrypted on device before sync. The cloud stores ciphertext. Only your devices and theirs can decrypt. Unfriending ends the session.

Per-friend session keys

Private keys stay in on-device secure storage. TLS protects the transport; the sync channel carries ciphertext only.

Servers cannot read plaintext

Health status is sensitive. Ordinary cleartext sync is not enough; end-to-end encryption keeps intermediaries blind.

Not model training data

Check-ins are a person-to-person channel. Treelet AI can help you read your own data; it does not ingest friend-dynamics plaintext as training material.

You control the circle

Add friends, revoke access, or remove the relationship on your side. The other person cannot read new snapshots after that.
