Mifflin-St Jeor Formula

  • Men: BMR = 10×weight(kg) + 6.25×height(cm) - 5×age + 5
  • Women: BMR = 10×weight(kg) + 6.25×height(cm) - 5×age - 161

From BMR to TDEE

Multiply BMR by activity factor: Sedentary ×1.2, Light ×1.375, Moderate ×1.55, Active ×1.725, Very Active ×1.9
