Enneagram Dynamic Snapshot

See who you are right now—not a fixed label. Adaptive questions, fused with stress, HRV, sleep, and mood, to read your recent drivers and state.

Enneagram intro: see yourself in this moment
Know yourself better with health-aware Enneagram interpretation

What the Enneagram is

A map of inner motivation—not a behavior checklist, and not a diagnosis

Nine core drivers

From Type 1 (Reformer) to Type 9 (Peacemaker), the Enneagram asks what you fear, desire, and automatically do under pressure—not whether you are extraverted.

Type, wings, arrows

The main type is relatively stable. Adjacent wings soften the picture. Stress and growth directions show where the same person leans when tight or at ease.

Type vs state

Each run is a snapshot. An even spread and low confidence often mean a multifaceted or transitional period—not a failed test.

Why take it

Not a lifelong stamp

  1. See the fear, desire, and habit behind surface behavior
  2. Separate a relatively stable main type from fluctuating stress, growth, and wings
  3. Retest to map whether recent weeks have been tighter or more at ease

About 48–55 questions, 5–12 minutes, dynamically adjusted by discrimination. You can save and exit anytime.

How we analyze

A nine-type distribution, confidence, and dynamic state—not a single number

Result: main type, confidence, and Enneagram rose chart
  • Distribution: each type’s share of the current snapshot, as a rose chart and bars.
  • Confidence: drops when types are close—that is information, not a bug.
  • State level: roughly 0–9, how drained or stable this type is right now.
  • Dynamic state: stress direction, growth direction, and wing weights.
Calibration item with agree / partly / disagree
Calibration items use a three-point scale to score the nine types.
Extra distinguishing questions when scores are close
When scores cluster, extra distinguishing items are added (up to ~54).
Open metaphor question about current inner state
Open questions ask for a metaphor of your current state for the AI reading.
Type percentages and dynamic state card
The dynamic-state card shows stress, growth, and wings.

Adaptive AI testing

Not a fixed quiz plus a generic blurb. Extra items appear when types are close. Open answers are read for imagery and emotion.

Refreshable interpretation

The same snapshot can be reread after new stress, mood, or sleep records—without forcing a full retest.

Health data fusion

Personal baseline, stress/anxiety index, HRV, heart rate, sleep, and mood check whether your body agrees with the questionnaire.

Conflict is a state, not a rewrite

When self-report and physiology disagree, the reading names a fluctuation and suggests retesting in a few weeks.
